Gratitude, Momentum, and Your Final Chance to Shape 2026

Reader —

As we head into the final stretch of the year, I want to pause and simply say thank you.

Thank you for opening these emails each month.

Thank you for replying — we really do read every single one.

Thank you for listening to the podcast, showing up to our events, sharing the episodes, and telling your friends about the work we do here.

Every time you engage with something Tonya or I create, it reminds us why we do this. Your trust and attention are gifts we don’t take lightly.

Back to Regular Schedule on Dec. 1

It’s been a whirlwind of travel this fall but after several weeks spent hosting retreats and attending conferences, I’ll be sleeping in my own bed tonight, I’ll be back to my regular routine next week and working steadily until Dec. 19, when we close for the holidays.

If you want clarity, accountability, and a more effective rhythm heading into 2026, now is the moment to make that happen.

There’s still time to begin the Weekly Course of Action (WCA) before year-end — and starting now means you’ll begin the new year with a system that supports you instead of drains you.

If you’re unsure which option fits best, just reply. We’ll point you in the right direction.

Worth Noting…

This updated resource makes referring me and my services simple – If you know a leader who would benefit from an outside perspective and unwavering accountability, share this download with them. It includes my bio, who I work best with, and how to book a call. Alternatively, you can lift language from the one sheet to put in an email when making the introduction between me and the person you’re referring.
