Knowing what things are no longer serving us, and therefore we need to stop, can be as or more important than figuring out what new things we need to be doing.

What is one thing that, if stopped, would actually be an overall benefit?

(Hint: if you find yourself immediately thinking of something and then your stomach slightly clenches, chances are, that’s the answer.)
